Qualifications

• Active Georgia State Bar admission.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience in trucking/transportation defense or insurance coverage litigation.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take active roles in depositions, dispositive and evidentiary motions, and trial preparation.
• Manage complex trucking/transportation defense and insurance coverage disputes for national clients.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior litigators to develop case strategy and advocacy.
