Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of litigation or civil litigation experience.
• Experience in property, employment, business, commercial, or related civil litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, case management, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling matters independently while working effectively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys on civil litigation matters.
• Manage case files, deadlines and document production.
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
