MG+M The Law Firm in Miami seeks an Associate Attorney with a minimum of eight years defense litigation experience. The role involves managing a complex caseload, taking and preparing witnesses for depositions and trial, and handling discovery and motions with independence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload
