Qualifications

• JD is required.
• California Bar admission is required.
• 2+ years of Business and Commercial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client matters and strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Develop case strategies and assess litigation risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals across practices and offices to support client objectives.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.
• Manage and support complex litigation, investigations, and dispute resolution matters.
