Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and seven+ years in automotive exterior lighting or design release.
• Experience with lighting concepts, content approvals, RFQ activity, and cost proposals.
• Strong writing, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define early lighting scope, content, cost targets, and options.
• Collaborate with Studio, Design, Brand Leads, and suppliers across development stages.
• Develop ground-up cost and content models and lead tradeoff discussions.
• Support SOR inputs, RFQ reviews, and handoff to production DREs.
