Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction in good standing.
• Strong background in IP disputes, particularly patent litigation.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions and manage motion practice.
• Skilled in written discovery, fact development, and expert discovery.
• Demonstrated proficiency drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation filings.
• Familiarity with Inter Partes Review and ITC matters is a plus.
• Electrical Engineering/CS related technical background preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated IP and patent litigation matters.
• Conduct all phases of written discovery, fact development, and case strategy.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other filings.
• Manage expert discovery and collaborate with technical experts.
• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and strategic litigation planning.
• Support ITC investigations and related proceedings when applicable.
• Work closely with clients in technology-driven industries on complex disputes.
