Candidates must hold full licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana and have experience working with adults or youth.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy in a hybrid model (telemedicine & in-person).
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health care to clients with autonomy over your caseload.
