Geode Health in the greater Leander region is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. This role supports a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, allowing flexible patient booking and work-life balance.

You will collaborate with an integrated care team, perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document encounters in an EMR.

Qualifications

• Active license in TX (LCSW, LPC or LMFT).
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments of clients.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate EHRs.
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Provide psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental health care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination and crisis intervention if needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Support hybrid scheduling and patient booking for care delivery.
