Requirements include California licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC), a Master’s degree, and at least five years of experience.

Formación

• California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Master’s degree from accredited university.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience (including pre-licensure internships).
• Commitment to see at least 15 patients per week; 25 for full-time roles.
• Willingness to work with a hybrid delivery model (in-person at least one day per week).
• Commitment to ethics, excellence in patient care, and ongoing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy to individuals and/or groups within a private practice setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in case consultations.
