Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in California to deliver compassionate care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Irvine. The role requires independent licensure (LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and a commitment to regular availability, with a focus on measurable client progress.

Clinicians will work within a supportive, clinician-led network with robust administrative support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in California — LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating various clients including couples and children
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools
• Strong teammate who contributes to a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth or in-person sessions
• Maintain regular availability and build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Utilize EHR and telehealth technology in daily practice
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in clinical supervision
• Support clients across multiple ages and presentations
