Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Ohio as Social Worker (LSW, LISW, LISW-S) or Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT, IMFT).
• Minimum 1 year experience providing services to persons with mental illness and/or substance use conditions; experience with children, adolescents, adults, and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Document client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in office with potential remote via Telehealth as needed.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals to ensure optimal client care.
