ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LSW/LPC/LMFT) in Heath, OH with hybrid scheduling. The role supports children, adolescents, and adults, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and traveling within Franklin and Licking counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with one year of therapy experience.
• Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling may qualify.
• Licensed or license-eligible: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S.
• Experience in therapy and home-based care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient visits as scheduled.
• Maintain up-to-date treatment plans for each client.
• Complete concise progress notes.
• Coordinate with case management and psychiatric services.
• Travel in Franklin and Licking County as required.
