• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Billings, MT rollout
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable MT regulations
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
