Job summary

Sedgwick, Marlton, NJ, is seeking a Liability Claims Examiner for General Liability BI & Auto BI with litigation experience required and NY licensing preferred. The role offers hybrid work within 25 miles of Marlton, NJ; outside that radius, remote work is available.

Key duties include adjudicating claims, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with clients to deliver effective, timely resolutions while leveraging Sedgwick’s network and resources. A comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate complex claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
