Qualifications

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Nationwide Licensing: NY licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze General Liability BI & Auto BI claims to determine benefits and adjudicate within service standards.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
