Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 4 years of experience in commercial law, focusing on contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience managing a high volume of contracts efficiently and accurately.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and best practices in contract management.
• Excellent drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in contract management software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, and NDAs.
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and clauses to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Advise business stakeholders on contractual terms, obligations, and potential risks.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and databases.
