Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to design, deliver, and deploy staff training both online and in-person. You will collaborate with the TD&L team to refine content and support staff across the organization.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office each week, with responsibilities spanning program development, LMS management, and cross-department collaboration to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of training and facilitation experience.
• Experience supporting adult learners preferred.
• Prior field experience in expanded learning programs is desired.
• Maintain a clear TB test throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate professional development sessions, including delivering materials, coordinating logistics, and supporting presenters.
• Deliver diverse learning experiences virtually and in-person across the organization.
• Support LMS events, registrations, assessments, and reporting.
• Collaborate with the TD&L team to align trainings with Think Together goals.
