Think Together is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to design, deliver, and deploy staff training both online and in-person. You will collaborate with the TD&L team to refine content and support staff across the organization.
The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in the office each week, with responsibilities spanning program development, LMS management, and cross-department collaboration to meet organizational goals.

JOB SUMMARY This position is a part of the Talent Development and Learning (TD&L) Team within the Organizational Development and Learning and Development (OD/L&D) Department. Under the supervision of TD&L leadership, the Learning and Development Facilitator will use their skills to develop, facilitate and deploy both online and in-person staff training. From a collaborative lens, this person will be facilitating learning with staff throughout the organization and working with the TD&L team to modify content and refine facilitation approach per audience needs. The person in this role will work closely with staff and managers providing support throughout the organization.
This role is Hybrid work setting with 2-3 days in the office each week.

Non-Bay Area $70,305K-$72K This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to; location, skills, experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
