Job summary

Provisur Technologies Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean manufacturing efforts at our Mokena, IL and Whitewater, WI locations. You’ll drive 5S, Kaizen and Kanban to improve flow, safety, quality, delivery and cost.

You’ll partner with Value Stream leaders, train teams, monitor KPIs such as OEE and yield, and implement sustainable improvements in a hybrid work setting that supports collaboration across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 3–5 years manufacturing process experience (assembly and/or machine shop).
• Progressive Continuous Improvement experience with strong business acumen and results‑driven leadership.
• Lean expertise in flow, pull systems, and transformation/change management.
• Ownership mindset focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitable growth.

• Act as a Lean resource and trainer, building team capability in tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.

• Facilitate problem‑solving to address root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Track and improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, inventory, and productivity.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to standardize best practices and ensure consistent performance.

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads the organization’s lean manufacturing efforts, streamlining workflows, optimizing workspaces, and making the most of resources. They identify inefficiencies and apply proven lean principles to enhance operations, while tracking progress and ensuring improvements support cost efficiency, quality, and delivery goals. This position will support both the Mokena, IL and Whitewater, WI locations.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (i.e., Business, Engineering); or 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Lean expertise in flow, pull systems, and transformation/change management.

• Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Strong prioritization skills with ability to set time standards and support manufacturing needs.
• Skilled in data‑driven communication and presenting to all levels of leadership.

Pay Range

$110,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
