Job summary
Eaton's Power Components Division seeks a Lead Industrialization Engineer for a hybrid role at Moon Township, PA. You will lead industrialization for NPI/PLS, driving robust processes to ensure successful launches and sustainable production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of five years of engineering experience including production operations.
- Eaton will not sponsor employment immigration or work visa for this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI and PLS projects from development through release for production.
- Provide input to design decisions to optimize manufacturability, testability, cost and quality.
- Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 practices for NPI projects.
- Lead specification and procurement of tooling, test equipment, fixtures, and capital assets.
- Lead prototype and pilot builds.
- Validate products and processes meet requirements and support yield and issue resolution.
- Develop and deploy process controls, work instructions, test procedures, and operator training.
- Analyze early products and process data using DFSS, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
- Manage product costs and capital forecasts for NPI and PLS programs and support CI initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineers to strengthen industrialization capabilities.
