Job summary

You will lead complex change programs, coach executives, and advance workforce planning, talent development, and culture initiatives across a matrixed, global organization. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as a senior strategic HR business partner/manager.
• Excellent change management skills and ability to coach leaders.
• Strong understanding of organizational design and talent management.
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform HR decisions.

Responsibilities

• Designs talent strategy with executives to align with company goals.
• Partner with COEs for strategic talent solutions across hiring and career progression.
• Coach executives through change management and organizational design.
• Lead complex change programs and review change impact with stakeholders.
• Drive workforce planning, succession identification, and leadership development.
• Foster EA culture and equitable workplace, addressing employee relations issues.
