Job summary

Harnham in Downtown San Francisco is seeking a data engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines from ingestion to delivery, while owning data modeling and transformation across core sources.

You will build a scalable data infrastructure, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with wealth management, finance, and leadership to deliver usable analytics and reporting. A hybrid role with four onsite days per week is offered.

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines from ingestion through transformation and delivery.
• Own data modeling and transformation across the firm's core data sources.
• Build and maintain a reliable, scalable data infrastructure from the ground up.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.
• Serve as the primary translator between data systems and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Partner with wealth management, finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand data needs and deliver usable solutions.
• Build reporting and analytics capabilities for visibility into performance and client data.
• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to leadership.
