Job summary

Hilbert's AI in San Francisco is building a scalable AI Growth Engine that gives real-time visibility into revenue drivers. We seek a Forward Deployed Data Engineer to architect bridges between ClickHouse, Snowflake/BigQuery, and customer warehouses, ensuring high-fidelity insights across environments.

You will define metadata and mappings, build an agentic data discovery workflow, and drive the canonical data models that power our ML systems for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Strong experience integrating ClickHouse, Snowflake, and BigQuery in production.
• Ability to define semantic layers and canonical data models.
• Experience building agentic data discovery and pipeline scaffolding.
• Enterprise deployment experience with data governance.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Integration: own deployment path between Managed Clickhouse and Warehouse-Native.
• Accelerated Onboarding: leverage Discovery Agent to create reports and mappings.
• AI Semantic Layer Construction: architect semantic definitions for custom enterprise data.
• Canonical Modeling: transform diverse source data into Hilbert unified growth models.
• Enterprise Deployment: lead technical resources for large-scale implementations.
