Job summary

Cvent is hiring a Content Designer to join our UX team, focusing on human-centered, accessible product content. You will craft narratives, collaborate with product, design, and research, and guide content strategy across the customer journey.

Required skills include UX writing, Figma proficiency, localization experience, and WCAG accessibility. This hybrid role is based in the United States with in-office collaboration two days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as Content Designer, UX Writer, Content Editor, or related role.
• Experience with Figma for UX writing, prototyping, and working with design systems.
• Experience with localization/translation tools.
• Ensure product content meets accessibility standards (WCAG).

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies aligned to the end-to-end customer journey, driving engagement and adoption.
• Lead content design and UX excellence across teams and product areas.
• Define governance for product language to ensure consistency and a unified voice.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, and research to shape user journeys through content.
• Own and deliver high-impact content initiatives and lead workshops.
• Mentor and develop content designers, building team capability.
• Create accessible, localized product content that enhances usability.
• Translate complex workflows into clear, user-facing language.
• Use research and testing to inform content decisions and create scalable patterns.
