Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Network Provisioning Engineer (Layer 2) for a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States. The position requires three days in the office per week with two remote days, and focuses on supporting SEGRA Networks, IP and Ethernet services.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in networking or Layer 2 provisioning for E-Line/ELAN, strong Cisco equipment knowledge, and a proven ability to test and troubleshoot via CLI. Ring/Linear provisioning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in networking engineering or 4 years in Layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line/ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment and CLI-based provisioning/testing.
• Experience provisioning Ring and Linear Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks.
• Provision, test, and troubleshoot E-Line/ELAN via CLI.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
