Job summary

Storyland Studios seeks a Landscape Architect to lead diverse design projects, from theme-park environments to public spaces, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver concept to construction documentation.

You will travel domestically and internationally, mentor junior staff, and shape sustainable landscapes that align with Storyland’s storytelling approach. Proficiency with Sketchup, Revit, Rhino3D, and Adobe Creative Suite is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading landscape architecture projects.
• Experience with international projects, including regions like the Middle East.
• Excellent rendering and visual planning skills.
• Proficient in Sketchup, Revit, Rhino3D and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong documentation and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture design projects from concept to detailing.
• Provide direction to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop concepts, plans and specs from pencil to 3D models.
• Prepare site plans and cost estimates for land development.
• Ensure design intent, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across disciplines.
