Job summary

Storyland Studios is seeking a Landscape Architect to lead diverse landscape design projects from concept to documentation. You will collaborate with clients, design teams, and outside firms to develop innovative, sustainable plans across mixed-use, theme parks, and civic environments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in landscape architecture, strong illustration skills, and proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Rhino3D, and the Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading landscape architecture projects to opening day.
• Full grasp of each project phase and multidisciplinary integration.
• Experience on international projects and emerging markets.
• Excellent illustrative skills for renderings and plans.
• Proficient in architecture, design, and modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape design projects from concept to documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and outside firms.
• Develop concepts, plans and specifications from pencil to 3D models.
• Prepare site plans, specs and cost estimates for land development.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain design intent.
