Core States Group in Frisco, TX is seeking a skilled Project Planner (Land Development) to lead client liaison, manage project scope, and coordinate with civil engineers, architects, landscape architects, and environmental consultants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in land development or related field.
• Experience with due diligence, site planning, land use entitlements, environmental review, construction permitting.
• Ability to communicate well with clients and team members, strong technical writing skills, and public speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with clients & agencies through clear communication & representation.
• Conduct due diligence investigations including reviewing codes and preparing site plans.
• Prepare and process land use applications and submittal materials.
• Coordinate acquisition of documents and studies (land surveys, traffic studies, environmental reports).
• Coordinate processing and approval of construction permit applications.
• Track deliverables using standard company forms and procedures.
• Prepare and administer contracts as necessary.
