Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• 3-5+ years of engineering experience (co-ops/internships ok).
• EIT certification preferred; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing site development plans, including grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Conduct field investigations and data gathering to support designs.
• Collaborate with PMs, planners, and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare reports, calculations, and technical documentation.
