Job summary

Lateral Link is partnering with the Boston office of a national firm to hire a Labor and Employment Associate. The role requires 3 to 7 years of experience and a Massachusetts law license, with a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate will draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, argue motions, and take as well as defend depositions in state and federal courts and arbitration, while providing client advice on employment matters.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and responding to discovery, pleadings, depositions, and motions
