Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Laboratory Quality Program Manager to lead system-level quality initiatives across its Delaware and Florida sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Health Sciences OR a related science with MLT degree required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in laboratory medicine and 1-year supervisory experience required.
• ASQ or other quality certification preferred.
• Travel requirement – 30% between Nemours locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for clinical and anatomical pathology laboratories, including CAP, CMS, JC, AABB, FACT, and licensure.
• Identify and monitor KPI performance; communicate when targets are not met and establish PI model.
• Collaborate with lab leadership to implement and review quality control programs and remediate test system deviations.
• Develop IQCP documents and competency assessments for staff; maintain competency program.
• Present quality metrics to leadership and committees; compile CAP-compliant year-end summary.
