Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. is seeking a lab assistant to maintain quality control standards, test raw and finished products, and ensure proper lab operation. You will calibrate equipment, perform data analysis in Excel, and handle records for finished-product release.

The role requires lifting up to 55 pounds, adherence to GMP, and a flexible schedule with 10-hour shifts, primarily Saturday through Tuesday in a hybrid setting with paperwork time daily.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data.
• Ability to perform accurate record keeping.
• Willingness to perform physical duties up to 55 pounds.
• Must pass drug test, background check, and GMP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing of raw and finished products.
• Maintain lab operations, calibrate and monitor equipment.
• Record keeping and net content reporting.
• Support release of finished products.
• Gather documents and perform lab paperwork.
