Galaxy Digital Inc. in New York seeks a Compliance Associate to uphold the firm’s BSA/AML program across trading, lending and asset management.

You will evaluate client identifications, risk profiles and support senior management with KYC/AML activities, including sanctions screening and regulatory audits. In a fast-paced, hybrid environment, you’ll conduct due diligence, enhance monitoring, and engage with clients and investors to ensure compliant onboarding while embracing AI tools to boost

Formación

• Experience conducting end-to-end KYC onboarding reviews.
• Experience in blockchain investigations and AML alert clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and review OFAC screens and research OFAC false positives.
• Perform Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Investigate AML alerts and file SARs as required by law.
• Assist with on-chain transaction monitoring and alert clearance.
• Implement and improve BSA/AML and OFAC procedures.
• Assist regulatory audits and requests.
• Ensure adherence to CDD/EDD and transaction monitoring.
• Identify compliance and risk issues.
• Support onboarding of institutional clients and Galaxy onto client platforms.
• Provide excellent client-centric guidance to customers and investors.
• Embrace AI to improve team performance and outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making.
