You will blend operations, technology, and knowledge management to help bankers serve clients and execute transactions. The role emphasizes organization, curiosity, and continual learning, with training on leading research platforms and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) and CRM platforms like Salesforce is a bonus.
• Curiosity about data sources, tools, and processes; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain research and market-data operations, track subscriptions, and renewals.
• Build and maintain complex spreadsheets with pivot tables and lookups.
• Route and answer research requests; know firm functions and processes.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM and internal systems with regular cleanups.
• Assemble materials and compile research for bankers.
• Coordinate meetings, vendor demos, and training; process invoices and expenses.
