• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Dell Server and iDrac Remote Management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows and related technologies.
• Respond to alerts and work orders to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct system audits and perform data backups.
