Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience with Microsoft DNS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Minimum 1 year's experience with Virtualization/Hypervisor.
• Technical certification is a plus (e.g., COMP TIA Security +, A+).

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, maintain, and support Microsoft Windows and related technologies.
• Respond to alerts and work orders to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct system audits and data backups.
