Job summary

FOH is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant in Miami, FL to join the Finance & Accounting team. The role supports treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger close, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in accounting with 5+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of accounting or related experience.
• Experience with month-end close, general ledger accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP Business One experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Brex and Navan expense and travel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily treasury activities for all FOH entities.
• Reviews accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers for accuracy and proper classification.
• Completes month-end close activities and reconciles balance sheet accounts.
• Coordinates with AP/AR teams and prepares supporting schedules for review.
• Supports annual and ad hoc external audits by providing requested schedules and documentation.
• Maintains procedures and supports budgeting and system enhancements.
