Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support its marketing initiatives, creating print and digital assets, photo editing, and asset management. You’ll help produce campaign-related graphics and ensure brand consistency across channels.

You’ll work with the creative team in a hybrid setup at the City of Industry, CA HQ, three days per week, collaborating with Art Directors and staff to meet deadlines and maintain asset organization.

Qualifications

• Proven design chops and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Experience with Workfront and XD; Figma a plus.
• 1–2 years graphic design experience (in-house or agency) including photo editing, retouching, and clipping.

Responsibilities

• Develop new graphics and design elements for email and brand campaigns.
• Prepare files for final print and digital delivery.
• Design layouts for print and online content across multiple channels.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and clients as a team player.
• Execute assets based on approved campaigns and provided specs.
