Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support marketing initiatives with print and digital assets, photo editing, and asset management. You’ll help design for emails, website, social media, and in‑store materials while ensuring brand consistency and high quality.

You will work in a hybrid setup from our City of Industry, CA HQ three days a week, collaborating with the creative team and handling multiple campaigns on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven design chops and experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Workfront and XD; Figma a plus.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience (in‑house or agency) including photo editing, retouching, and clipping.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across deliverables.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Under Art Director guidance, develop new graphics and design elements for emails and campaigns.
• Prepare files for final delivery for print and digital formats.
• Design layouts for print and online content including in‑store signage, website, emails, social, and print assets.
• Maintain organized working files, final assets, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors; participate in project meetings as needed.
• Handle projects and tasks in Adobe Workfront with tracking and status updates.
• Assist in asset preparation and quality control for campaigns.
• Contribute to brand consistency across all deliverables.
