You’ll forecast headcount costs with HR, administer the expense policy, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Post Falls grounding or adaptability to relocate quickly.
• Storytelling instincts to turn data into decision-making.
• 1 year of hands-on accounting/auditing experience.
• Proficiency with ACA; Revenue Recognition knowledge is a plus.
• Junior fluency in Continuous Learning and teamwork on the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and ID tax regulations.
• Stand up the Continuous Learning close calendar and enforce deadlines.
• Administer the company expense policy and audit reimbursement claims.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
