Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in graphic/creative design.
• Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Portfolio demonstrates professional design work and problem solving.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently design digital assets for campaigns, optimizing layouts for UX and conversions.
• Create visuals for campaigns, translating briefs into compelling concepts with feedback.
• Design web assets in Figma, producing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop original concepts aligned with messaging and campaign goals.
• Produce assets for events and physical spaces, maintaining brand consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and support Canva/Figma users.
