Hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN or Rogers, AR, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in graphic design, proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design required.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Excellent typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating design work across digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Independently design digital assets for campaigns and programs to improve UX and conversion.
• Produce creative for defined campaigns, translating briefs into visual concepts and iterating on feedback.
• Design web and digital assets in Figma, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop original visual concepts aligned with messaging and campaign objectives.
