Qualifications

• Experience evaluating business needs and refining requirements for solutions
• Experience with agile-based implementations and cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Learn and support workflow and rules technology integration across multiple apps
• Provide mentorship and support for less experienced teammates
• Track tasks to completion within a team of 10+ developers
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Work independently and in a Scrum/Agile environment
• Develop scalable Java solutions using Spring Boot and cloud services
• Communicate across internal and client teams; stay current on emerging tools
