Qualifications

• Experience delivering software or systems implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives and technical teams.
• Understanding of SDLC and deployment of complex technology solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and risks across multiple projects.
• Public sector or transportation authorities experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of software and systems integration projects from planning through deployment and acceptance.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and quality.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, product, operations, and vendors.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Governance meetings, risk tracking, and executive reporting.
