Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Contract University Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Puerto Rico, covering San Juan or Aguadilla. The recruiter will focus on IT internships and early careers recruitment for a global technology client, with a weekly hybrid schedule and some travel.

The position is an ongoing contract with no end date. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates, plus building strong client relationships and optimizing the recruiting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong IT recruitment experience; internship hiring preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel overnight during fall/spring recruiting seasons.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience with hiring managers.
• 3+ years of competency/behavioral based interviewing.
• 3+ years of ATS experience.
• 3+ years of sourcing using market maps, Boolean searches.

Responsibilities

• Create multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner.
• Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process.
• Process Management & Sourcing.
• Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery.
• Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process.
• Candidate Relationship Management.
• Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.
