SAP America, Inc. is seeking an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist in Newtown Square, PA, with a hybrid work model.

Join a team that designs and develops SAP-based solutions to optimize and automate business processes, improve efficiency, and delight end users. The role requires strong experience with SAP architecture, S/4HANA, cloud integrations (SCP/BTP), and managing SAP environments on hyperscalers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; 6 years of experience or equivalent combination.
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; 4 years of experience or equivalent.
Experience includes SAP architecture and advising customers on technical requirements.
Experience with SAP SDLC, Agile methods (Scrum/SAFe).
Experience with S/4HANA architecture, migration and tools.
Experience with SAP cloud solutions and SCP/BTP integration.
Experience managing SAP environments on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

Provide expert operations support and service lifecycle management.
Facilitate both service and product lifecycles and deliver project outcomes.
Enhance complex systems and processes; represent SAP to customers.
Advocate for end users with UX focus and user-centric design practices.
Perform technical feasibility studies and define internal IT project blueprints.
Customize, develop enhancements, and implement solutions; create technical docs.
Support problem management, continuous improvement, escalation activities.
Contribute to Build to Run engagements and to technical standards.
