Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management and SDLC for large-scale dev projects.
• Less than 2 years of Business Analyst experience or equivalent.
• SQL Server skills are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Understanding of how to track data through the database and federal reporting requirements.
• Understanding of application programming, database, and system design.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document as-is processes and update functional specifications.
• Analyze business and user needs and translate into ARD for each project.
• Coordinate with clients, business leaders, architects, and development teams.
• Translate requirements into system requirements for developers.
• Identify and quantify business process improvements using technology.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document and diagram business requirements and processes.
• Assist in preparing system demonstrations for clients.
• Collaborate with Proposal Team on responses and boilerplates.
• Manage workload, timelines, and ETA in OPC.
• Assist with validation and testing of interfaces.
