Qualifications

• 3+ years leading technical or development teams.
• 3+ years in software development technical support of bespoke apps.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow, Datadog, Rundeck, Postman, AWS and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop team members through performance management and training.
• Collaborate with team to meet client, organizational and team goals.
• Serve as a liaison among operations and other technology teams.
• Present and discuss technical information to stakeholders to gain understanding and buy-in.
