Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant program.
• Basic understanding of Windows 11 and Active Directory is expected.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and clear, actionable documentation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Log incoming tickets in ServiceNow with complete details (user info, issue, screenshots, timestamps).
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Check ServiceNow for duplicates; avoid treating issues as isolated when related tickets exist.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 with documented steps taken.
• Follow up with users to confirm resolution and close tickets appropriately.
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and internal docs as needed.
