Job summary

Nextech Solutions in Memphis, TN, is seeking an IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst to manage hands-on IT sourcing, contract review, and negotiations. You will coordinate with Legal through execution, support RFPs, analyze spending, and monitor supplier performance. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and due diligence on proposals.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Central, with training onsite for five days, then a hybrid schedule with three onsite and two remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience supporting complex sourcing events, RFP processes, and contract negotiations.
• Experience working with IT vendors and technology contracts.
• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to explain detailed contract specifications to consultants, contractors, and internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out IT sourcing activities, including due diligence and sourcing events.
• Gather and assess business requirements; solicit and evaluate proposals; support supplier selection.
• Review and redline technology agreements with Legal; negotiate terms; move agreements through execution.
• Apply contracting standards and protect confidential budgets, terms, and plans.
• Serve as the sourcing contact for assigned business groups and maintain supplier relationships.
• Analyze spending and identify opportunities to consolidate or end contracts per objectives.
• Review pricing models, usage, service levels, and contract compliance with stakeholders; work with suppliers to improve value.
• Monitor supplier financial performance and market conditions; communicate risks and mitigation plans.
